Orange Mint Tea
Ingredients:-
2 cups water
2 tea bags
3 tbs fresh mint leaves
2 tbs sugar
4 cups orange juice
Method:-
In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil; remove from heat
Add tea bags, mint leaves, and sugar; allow to stand for 10 minutes
Remove tea bags
Transfer to a large pitcher, stir in orange juice and lemon juice. Chill
before serving.

Mango Milkshake
Ingredients:- 2 cups milk, 1 mango sliced, 1 banana sliced, 3 ice cubes, 1 teaspoon sugar
if necessary
Method:- Put all the above ingredients into a blender, Blend till foamy and thick.
Serve immediately into tumblers. Provides necessary nutrition which includes total fat, saturated fat, cholestrol, sodium, calcium and calories.

Orange & Banana Yogurt Smoothie
Ingredients:-
2 cups orange juice
2 medium frozen ripe bananas, cut into pieces
1 cup (8 oz.) low-fat or fat-free vanilla yogurt
Ground cinnamon
Method:
Place juice and bananas in blender container. Cover and blend until smooth. Add yogurt. Cover and blend until frothy. Pour into glasses. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve immediately. Hint: To freeze bananas, peel and place in freezer bag. Seal tightly and freeze.

FRUIT JUICE CUM COCKTAIL - WOO WOO
Ingredients
30 ml Vodka,
30 ml peach liqueur
125 ml cranberry juice
sweet and sour lemon juice
sugar syrup to taste
Method
Shake all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain. Pour the mixture
into glasses and garnish with a slice of peach or lemon on a cocktail stick. This rocks and is a great chiller.

Spring Cocktail - Frog Shooter
Ingredients:
The Irish Frog is a layered shot with an intriguing flavor combination: Irish cream and melon. This shooter is very similar to a Fruity Irishman, which shakes 2 parts Irish cream with 1 part Midori. The Irish Frog is best when both liqueurs are well-chilled and the Irish cream is poured slowly over the Midori.
INGREDIENTS:• 3/4 oz Midori melon liqueur (chilled)
• 3/4 oz Irish cream liqueur (chilled)

Ingredients:
GLASS - Martini glass
45 ml dark rum
10 ml dry vermouth
15 ml sweet vermouth
Method:
Frost a Martini glass. Put plenty of ice in a cocktail shaker
pour the dark rum, sweet vermouth and then the dry vermouth on it
in this order. Shake well. Strain ice and pour the mix in the Martini
glass. Garnish wit cherry or orange rind.

Bermuda Swizzle - Cocktail
Ingredients:
2 limes
2 oz Bermuda Falernum or simple sugar
5 oz pineapple juice
5 oz orange juice
6 dashes bitters
8 oz Gosling's Black Seal rum
3/4 oz grenadine
fill crushed ice
swizzle sticks
Preparation:
Add all ingredients to a pitcher 1/3 full of crushed ice and churn vigorously untill a frothing appears. Alternatively mix in a cocktail shaker. Strain in sour glasses. (Makes six servings)

Fruity Yogurt
Ingredients:-
1/2 cup chopped fruit of your choice
1 cup yogurt/curd
Method:-
Chop the peeled/washed/deseeded fruit and blend together with curd. You can add fruits like banana, apples, mango, cheeku (sapotas) and strawberry. If you want a more free flowing lassi add 1/4 cup water (boiled and cooled).Do not add any sugar --the fruits have enough flavour and natural sugar.
Yogurt/curd is rich in calcium.
Fruits are rich in vitamins A and C, phosphorus, folic acid, iron, flavonoids, antioxidants and fibre.
